Delivery Information


UK Orders
Orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class unless Royal Mail Special Delivery has been requested or during a period of reduced delivery which will result is orders being sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class. Please ensure you provide a suitable delivery address, i.e. home or work. If someone is unavailable to receive your order, the Royal Mail will leave an attempted delivery card and hold your order at your local delivery sorting office. European and International Orders

Orders are sent using UK Royal Mail Airmail. A signature may be required on delivery depending on your country's postal delivery policy. Please consult your local postal delivery service for more information

 

Packaging: 

Due to delivery and environmental concern all our shoes are sent without shoe boxes. In stock items are bubble wrapped and shipped in protective shoe bags. Customised orders are bubble wrapped only. Please be aware before placing order. 

 

Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 1 business day after receipt. However delivery time varies depending on products. In stock items are normally delivered within 1-2 business days. Items that are not in stock are classified as customised order with up to 21 working days delivery period. Please pay attention to delivery time on product pages. Next day delivery is only available providing items are in stock and orders are placed before 3pm.

 

Failed Deliveries

If your postal service returns the order to us due to failed delivery, you will have up to three weeks from the date we receive the returned order to arrange re-delivery.

 

Exchange & Return Information

Incorrect item/size sent, faulty unworn, defective product

For an order received that is unsuitable, not as requested, faulty (unworn) or defective, please return the parcel to us stating the order number and nature of the problem. Where possible we will happy exchange your order as necessary or offer you a refund.

 

Exchange or Refund Request

If you are unhappy with your order, it may be returned to us in an unworn/unused state to the address below for exchange or a full refund of the purchase price including P&P.

Products must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt by itemised proof of posting. Items purchased as Christmas or other occasional gifts can be returned within 14 days after the occasion. (We recommend recorded post as we accept no responsibility for mislaid return parcels.) Please include original packing slip and specify reason for return and your request. Once your order is received and accepted back into stock please allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed. Please retain your proof of posting until you have received your refund from us. You will be refunded by the payment method used for your original purchase.

Unfortunately we do not bear the cost for return postage unless product is defective or errors from our side.

 

Exchange Request

If you wish to exchange your order, please write details of your request on the original packing slip. You do not need to submit a new order online. However it is advisable to do so in case the shoes you request run out of stock after shoes original shoes reach us. We will provide a refund after receiving your returned parcel.

Customised Orders: 

All styles can be custom made  to your preferred heel height by placing customised order. Unfortunately customised orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Customised order can take up to 21 working days for delivery, during festive period deliver time could be longer.

 

Additional information for orders returned from outside the UK

Please follow the instructions above and also ensure that the following is written legibly on both the packaging and Customs declaration:

'MAIL ORDER GOODS RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE - DO NOT CHARGE DUTY'

Rhythm cannot be held responsible for any Duty charges for any items returned and accepts no responsibility for any items that are lost in transit.
